Horizon Suite 39 in Brickell

Positive: דירה גדולה- מכונת כביסה, מטבח, מרפסת Negative: קצת ישן, בעיקר חדר הרחצה. חנייה אמנם בחינם, אבל הייתה בקומה 9, לכן יש נסיעה ארוכה בחניון שכוללת סיבובים רבים עד הגעה לחניית הרכב

I would avoid unless you are only caring about location. This place is a bit of a dump. Positive: The views and the location are fantastic and the only reason we didn’t complain. Negative: I have to be honest, this is a very, very basic apartment with cheap, nasty furniture and very uncomfortable beds/sofa bed. It needs a really good clean and actually everything needs to be thrown out and replaced. The building attracts some quite undesirable people. It often stinks of pot and we had to take the kids away from the pool because someone 3 balconies up was ‘DJing’ techno music - blasting it to a crowd you wouldn’t want your kids around. I feel sorry for anyone who actually lives in this building.

Good value for money Positive: Location was good for one day stay before the cruise, close to the port. Room facilities were good, with great balcony/view. Communication of the host was timely with smooth checkin process. Pool was fine, overall good value for money, nothing fancy. Negative: Number of dishes available was not enough for our 6 person family. Nothing to see around if you are fan of walking tours.

Positive: Perfect size & easy checking in & out process.

Positive: It was spacious, the balcony was nice. Negative: The parking ramp.
