Positive: Fantastic location with great views.

Excelente custo benefício Positive: A localização foi o ponto alto. Perto de metrô, shopping e restaurantes. A vista do apartamento era maravilhosa e as acomodações muito confortáveis. Chuveiro com água quente, apartamento climatizado, silencioso e espaçoso. Acomodou muito bem 7 pessoas Negative: Sentimos falta de pano de chão para limpar o banheiro e a varanda quando molhou

Positive: The location is great. There are plenty of cafes and attractions nearby, as well as a park. Free parking makes it very convenient to have a car and travel further. The host is very kind and helpful — they responded to all our questions and requests very quickly. The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable for families. The equipment is a bit outdated, but the washing and drying machines were very helpful. 😊 Negative: We saw a lot of feedback about cleanliness. I would say it wasn’t that bad, but I think I know what contributes to that impression. The apartment really needs a bit of renovation. Maybe just some small cosmetic updates, like painting, replacing worn-out items, and fixing the seams between tiles. That would immediately improve the overall look, and I believe it would then be a 10 out of 10. Hopefully next time we can enjoy the renovated version. 😊
