Positive: Our stay in Miami was absolutely perfect thanks to this hotel. The location was amazing — everything was literally within easy reach, the room was beautiful and comfortable from the very first moment, and most importantly, the owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. ❤️ That is exactly what made our stay even more enjoyable and created an atmosphere we will remember for a very long time. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared. For us, this was one of the best accommodations we experienced during our travels across the USA, and we are sure that if we return to Miami, we would love to stay here again. URGENT WARNING: Unsanitary Conditions & Zero Accountability Positive: The central location in Brickell is the only possible positive aspect, but it absolutely does not make up for the horrific conditions of the apartment itself. Negative: 😒 What you disliked Absolutely everything else. This was hands down the worst booking experience of my life. Deceptive Photos & Listing: The pictures on Booking.com are highly misleading. It appears they were taken at specific times (like the pool area photographed at night) to make the property look appealing, but the reality is completely different. It feels like a scam designed to lure you into booking. Room Issues: The unit is on the 40th floor, which you would think implies a good view. It does not. The view was disappointing and not worth the elevator ride. Appalling Hygiene & Damages: The room was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. We found mold and deep grime in the door tracks, a filthy toilet, heavy buildup in the bathtub, and thick layers of dust on surfaces, including the refrigerator. The furniture is also dilapidated, with ripped upholstery. It is unsanitary and uninhabitable. Zero Service & Host Accountability: Despite immediate documentation of these issues, the host showed no remorse and offered zero solution. No cleaning was sent, and they flatly refused any form of refund or credit. They take your money through the platform and then completely abandon you. Forced Departure: The conditions were so extreme that we could not spend even one night there. We had to immediately find and pay for alternative accommodation at another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not let the photos fool you; you will lose your money and have a stressful experience.
